Bank Asia is the pioneer and leading bank in agent banking in Bangladesh. Bank Asia and Bangladesh Post Office are jointly expanding banking services to 8,500 digital post offices across the country.
To meet the growing needs of its financial inclusion and rural credit expansion programmes, Bank Asia is looking for smart, young, energetic, confident, proactive and hardworking fresh graduates for the post of Trainee Business Officer (TBO).
Ensuring proper documentation of new, replaced, and closed agent outlets in assigned area.
- Leading, directing and monitoring all channels in the assigned upazila.
- Regularly visit agent outlets (at least twice a week) and monitor the activities of agent outlets in designated upazilas.
- Ensure deposit collection, new A/c opening with proper documents and customer monitoring.
- Segment wise (Retail, CMSE and Agri) loan customer inspection, document collection, loan file processing, disbursement and follow up of loan customer.
- Assist agents and CSOs in preparing client database and manage the same for marketing and development.
- Visit agent and client business place/corporate office/project site at regular intervals to ensure new business as well as loan recovery.
