EMPLOYEE ON BOARDING:
Design on boarding align with company's strategic goals.
Plan and execute on boarding program through series of events to help understand how to be successful in their day-to-day job and how their work contributes to the respective department and overall business.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Supervise, monitor, and control the payroll processing for all business entities for ensuring compliance.
Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
Review processes and policies and make proposals for improvement in changing situation.
Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, disability, life insurance, workers' compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans.
MANAGING MASTER DATABASE:
Formulate the right strategy and approach for managing master database.
Ensure data sources, data acquisition, metadata (data models, schemas, standards and rules repository, metadata monitoring), data hub, integration and access & security.
Quantify and demonstrate the business value of MDM (Master Database Management).
Personal File & HR Documentation:
Manage the file room to ensure proper organization and compliance of employee files.
Introduce best practices (like digitize file and document) of personal file & HR documentation.
ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
Keep updated about talent management trend in local and international scenario.
Conduct market survey and prepare analysis report for strategic decision.
EMPLOYEE EXIT PROCESS MANAGEMENT:
Make employee exit/off boarding memorable through treating employees warmly, regardless of the reason behind their departure.
Retrieve Insights from departing employees and make document to unveil the reasons behind employees' attrition.
Ensure required compliance to avoid any legal issue.
Protect assets by receiving all physical assets (keys, access cards, desktops, mobile etc.), collecting sensitive organization related data from their personal devices, cancelling the digital access rights (employee portal, corporate email).
Prevent productivity drops by requesting departing employees to properly document project responsibilities, transfer process knowledge, and various ownerships of resources.
FNF(FULL AND FINAL) SETTLEMENT:
Ensure FnF (full and final) settlement within Lead-time maintaining all compliance issues.
