Job Description

Job Description / Responsibility


  • Data collection about inclusion needs and conduct assessment on the barrier and facilitator of partner organization facilities and services regarding inclusion.
  • Support Senior Officer to organize, arrange, and conduct trainings on inclusion mainstreaming
  • Prepare work plans and periodic program reports.
  • Support the partner organization staffs in implementing inclusion related activities.
  • Build the capacities of the partner staff as directed by the line manager.
  • Support in developing module, action plan and adapted tools for partner organization.
  • Support and follow up the implementation of action plan of inclusion mainstreaming as directed by the line manager
  • Field visits including the preparation of field reports
  • Identify opportunities to mainstream inclusion and report to line manager
  • Ensure proper coordination between relevant persons
  • Adherence to HI Code of Conduct, PSEA and Child Safeguarding Policy

Job Requirements


  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Experience in implementing disability related programs
  • Experience in conducting on-the-job capacity building support
  • Experience of working with INGO/NGO is an asset
  • Good planning skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Bengali and English
  • Computing skills (MS office package- both in English and Bangla) desired
  • Knowledge of working with people with disability is a strong asset
