Implement programs to reduce instances of indiscipline.
Implement, track, monitor and Report calendarize specific recognition porgrammes.
Respond and resolves problem received from TL, GL & Officer on specific work related issue and challenges
Proactively counsel and help team member understanding in respect to - Advantage of arriving office in time, Avoiding unauthorized absence, Reporting and resolving personal problems, Counsel Team Members/ Workers/ Employees having performance difficulties.
Assist and co-ordinate in completion of engagement surveys every year.
Implement specific actions identified for area of operations to address low engagement scored area.
Report progress on each of the actions implemented for people in the work area.
Be a member of and work with engagement cross functional team to action initiatives identified for correction.
Support and Co-Ordinate roll out of "living the culture and Values" programmes/ initiatives for people in the work area.
Implement birthday wish and attendance appreciations on monthly basis.
Provide inputs and co-ordinate implementation of identified automation of ER Operational Process.
Conduct planned and periodic awareness programs on - Importance of Team work.& Managing Personal problem affecting work.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Graduate or Post Graduate in any subject from any recognized public university.
University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Khulna University,Rajshahi University,Begum Rokeya University students will get preference
Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management will be considered as added advantage.
