Job Description / Responsibility


  • Serving visitors/guests by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • To ensure that the best services are delivered to all guests in a timely and effective approach.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls/e-mail while providing basic and accurate information when needed.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and dispatch them to the concerned end by maintaining proper register.
  • Maintaining movement and delivery register.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Develop and retain company image through effective execution of Front Desk activities.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Any other job assigns by the management time to time

Job Requirements


  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Only males are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent Speaking and Writing in English is must.
  • Proven track record of working in 5-star Hotel/Resort/Multinational Companies/Group of Companies as a receptionist.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Able to deliver information both technically & compatible way.
  • Excellent self-presentation skill.
  • A Score of Band 7 and above in IELTS will get preference.
  • Should be smart & well-groomed with pleasant personality.
