Play a vital role in implementing HR projects for smooth operations.
Assist in selecting new HR projects aligning with organizational goals.
HR data analysis:
Set up and provide management information reports from HR systems including the interpretation of data in a timely manner.
Ensure HR data analysis on- Time to hire, Cost per hire, Early turnover, Time since last promotion, Revenue per employee, Performance and potential, Engagement rate, Cost of HR per employee, Ratio of HR staff to employees, Attrition rate, Effectiveness of HR software, Absenteeism etc.
Periodical HR Audit and cleansing initiative:
Identify policies and procedures that need to be updated for changes in the law or compliance rules.
Identify policies and procedures that are not followed and find out why.
Find out about unwritten practices and whether there are any legal risks associated with those practices.
Gauge whether procedures and practices are user friendly and what changes can be made to help assure broader compliance.
Identify opportunities for new policies or procedures that will help minimize risk.
Determine whether record-keeping practices are being followed.
Clean up all obsolete documents to avoid contradiction with new one.
Work closely with MIS for upgrading the HR portal:
Work proactively with MIS team for upgrading the HR portal.
Maximize the functionality of the HR portal.
